About RJS

Rosebank Junior is a small and close knit school in the leafy Southern Suburbs of Rondebosch Cape Town. We cater from Grade 1 - 7, our school has one class per grade consisting of maximum 36 learners per class. We also offer sports and extra mural activities.

Rosebank Junior was established in 1900, and moved to its present location in 1968.

Originally strictly a whites only school, with the end of apartheid in 1994 we were able to embrace a multi-racial, multi-denominational approach. Our current principal, Mrs K Naidoo, believes firmly in remembering our roots while looking to the future.
